About the Role and what you will be doing:
- Reporting to the Project Manager, you will coordinate the delivery and carry out surveys for the electrical equipment (meter area) within residential customers' property.
- Liaising with residents to inform them of the reasons why surveys are being carried out in the area.
- Visiting properties to assess and report on service condition.
- Self-manage survey routes and appointments.
- Assess the meter positions and accurately record the relevant information required both data and photographic information from the customers' property.
- Delivering 1st class customer service to every property you visit.
- Excellent PC skills with knowledge of MS Office, training will be provided on in-house systems.
