  • Send daily reports to customers to keep them up to date with latest prices and market developments as well as any hedge recommendations.
  • Advising customers on gas and power purchases in line with each customer's risk management policy and executing trades.
  • Ensuring that all trades are recorded and logged properly, using voice records where possible in line with FCA guidelines.
  • Helping customers to construct and review energy purchasing strategies to ensure that they are in line with each organisation's attitude towards risk.
  • Developing/generating reports to demonstrate performance against various metrics such as market averages or budgeted cost, as well as portfolio position reporting.
  • Keeping apprised of broader energy policy developments, both in relation to wholesale markets and non-energy charges.
  • Supporting the Senior Risk Managers and wider Risk and Contract Management teams with any reports or analysis on request.
  • Any other duty which reasonably falls within the scope of this role.
