Business Development Partner

Starting Salary £32,000 to £34,000 per annum.

Role based in Knottingley West Yorkshire, with Hybrid working, working from home or flexible working, this will also involve travel across the UK sites when needed.

We are currently recruiting for a Business Development Partner to join Real Life Options on a 12 month fixed term contract, so if you are a strong Business Development professional looking for a great opportunity, then please get in touch.

Real Life Options are a non-profit, charitable organisation who provides support and enablement to people across the UK in over 200 services. We mainly support people with learning disabilities and autism to have more choice and greater control over their lives. Our wealth of experience in providing individualised support packages, including supported living models, outreach, residential, care homes and respite breaks continues to grow year on year.

You will be part of a small but very busy Business Development Team, so you will need to be a team player. You will have demonstrable experience developing new business opportunities, nurturing leads, speaking to stakeholders / partners.

The role will also provide you with exposure to a wide range of tender opportunities for the Group, requiring the ability for you to manage / write Tenders and manage multiple deadlines where required to support our Bid Writer. This may involve managing the tender process from start to submission, accessing public sector tender portals e.g. Proactis, Public Contracts Scotland, CareMatch.

You will be an excellent communicator, with the ability to communicate complex specifications to senior management and operational teams, and engaging with them to meet deadlines and obtain results.
