Commercial Gas / Heating Engineer – South West London & Surrounding areas

up to £58,000 + Company Van

SERVICE, MAINTENANCE & INSTALLATION OF HVAC & COMMERCIAL GAS SYSTEMS

Roles and responsibilities

1. To service and install a variety of unvented and instantaneous water heaters, a variety of domestic and commercial boilers and hot air heaters, both direct and indirect fired. General plumbing duties.
2. Planned service work to commercial and domestic combustion appliances (boilers, water heaters etc) renewable and heating systems, plumbing and general HVAC systems, including Air Source Heat Pumps.
3. Installation and replacement of various HVAC appliances under small works projects, including pipework and plumbing workmanship.
4. General fault finding and troubleshooting.
5. Be part of the out of working hours emergency call out rota and be flexible outside of core working hours. Call out retainer fee paid additionally.

Requirements for the role:

• COCN1
• ICPN1
• TPCP1&1A
• CIGA1
• Gas safe would be an advantage
• Commercial and domestic tickets
• Commercial tickets, and or f-gas and domestic tickets
• A desire for self-improvement and professional development, including heat pump training and technical development
• Commercial and residential plumbing and pipework installation
