Frontline Recruitment Weymouth is seeking an enthusiastic Technologist for our client in Maiden Newton. You will report to the Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and execute new product development projects, overseeing the entire process from inception to full-scale manufacture.
- Stay current with industry trends and legislation changes to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with suppliers and customers to establish technical specifications that meet project goals.
- Conduct rigorous testing to ensure product compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Develop and implement technical solutions for product improvement, troubleshooting and problem-solving as needed.
- Contribute to laboratory testing, documenting results and maintaining high safety and quality standards.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
