Salary: £90k-£120k – depending on experience

PQE Level: 6+

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Hours: Full-time

My client is a UK Top 50 firm who are offering the chance to join a dynamic and growing Commercial Dispute Resolution team handling high-profile Insolvency & Restructuring work. The position will see you handling both contentious and non-contentious matters, with significant advisory work as a senior member as you work with clients including insolvency practitioners, corporate entities, directors, shareholders, and individuals. The firm has a formidable reputation in the UK for this type of work and is offering an outstanding salary and benefits package with options for real career development.

Essential Criteria

• Excellent knowledge of insolvency and restructuring law
• Ability to handle a wide range of clients and cases
• Experience in administrations, receiverships, voluntary liquidations, compulsory liquidation, directors\\\’ duties, and bankruptcy
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Experience in supervising and supporting junior team members
