MG OMD is looking for a Senior Paid Social Account Executive to support the British Airways account, playing a key role in delivering high-performing paid social campaigns for one of the UK’s most prestigious brands. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous experience in paid social who is looking to take the next step in their career, working on a complex, multi-market account.

In this role, you’ll help plan, activate, and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, and other key platforms. You’ll be responsible for building campaigns, analysing performance data, making recommendations for optimisation, and ensuring flawless execution. With British Airways operating in a highly competitive category, you’ll need to be comfortable working with large budgets, testing new formats, and using data to inform decision-making.

You’ll work closely with the Account Manager and wider team, taking on more responsibility for client communications and helping to oversee the work of junior team members. You’ll also be expected to stay up to date with the latest platform innovations and industry trends, ensuring our paid social strategy remains best-in-class.

We’re looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and confident working with data. Previous experience managing paid social campaigns, ideally for a travel, luxury, or premium brand, would be an advantage.
