We’ll look to you to enhance customer satisfaction through the delivery of high quality customer interactions and experiences. What you'll do:
- You’ll be assisting our relationship bankers, who own a portfolio of clients, in the smooth running of their portfolios, supporting them to deliver the best solutions for their customers.
- Through customer referrals, you’ll help them to achieve business wins, adding value to our existing customer relationships and helping to attract new ones.
- You’ll be a point of contact for employees and customers to help them with their issues and queries, making sure you always go the extra mile and strive to exceed their expectations.
- Effectively using tools for contact and strategy planning in order to identify and meet customer needs.
- Supporting the Relationship Management team in maintaining and developing working relationships with stakeholders in the bank.
- Providing our customers with products and services that are appropriate for their needs.
- Learning the skills required to be a Commercial Relationship Director, where this role is a key part of our local succession strategy.
