De Vere Cotswold Water Park is nestled at the edge of the Cotswolds, right in the heart of 152 lakes. The hotel offers stylish accommodation with breathtaking views and has 328 bedrooms and apartments. There are 15 flexible meeting and event spaces and 2 large conference and banqueting suites hosting up to 800. With three restaurants and bars, we have a buzzing Food & Beverage team here, but also have exciting opportunities across our other departments including Conference & Events, Reception/Front of House, Spa & Leisure, Kitchen, Housekeeping and Maintenance.

As a Guest Relations Manager, you will have the opportunity to create unforgettable experiences for our hotel guests. You will encourage feedback from guests, investigate and respond to comments whether they be direct, via email or online, and ensure that all feedback is shared with the relevant members of our team. The role involves frequent liaison with all of the hotel teams across different departments, mostly Reception, Concierge and Housekeeping, to ensure a seamless guest experience is delivered. You will also act as the lobby host to meet and greet guests, answering any queries they may have and making them feel welcome right from the moment they arrive.
This is a full-time role that involves working a mixture of shifts to include earlies from 7am-3:30pm, lates from 2:30pm-11:00pm and middle shifts from 9am – 5:30pm, including weekends on a rota basis.
