They are now continuing their expansion across EMEA and are looking for a French-speaking Customer Success Manager to join their growing London team.
The Role
As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll work closely with major partners across the EMEA region, supporting them through the full post-sales lifecycle - from onboarding to campaign execution and post-campaign analysis. You’ll be part of a collaborative, supportive CS team, focused on delivering seamless digital sampling experiences, exceptional customer service, and strong retention outcomes. This is a hands-on role that blends campaign execution, relationship management, and strategic consulting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full post-sale execution of digital campaigns
- Lead timelines, campaign setup, and onboarding for global brand partners
- Advise clients on best practices and audience targeting
- Liaise with internal teams (data, operations, product) to ensure seamless delivery
- Monitor live campaigns, proactively solve issues, and track performance
- Contribute to post-campaign reporting and performance insights
- Coordinate with warehouse teams for sample stock management
- Help mentor junior team members and share campaign learnings
- Provide client feedback to the product team to help shape future development
- Support process improvement and efficiency initiatives across the CS function

You become a trusted partner to key French-speaking accounts – ensuring campaigns run smoothly, objectives are met, and insights are clearly communicated. You’re highly organised, able to manage multiple timelines, and contribute to internal growth through knowledge-sharing and process refinement. Your relationships lead to repeat business and long-term client partnerships.
What You’ll Bring:
- Fluent French and English (written & verbal)
- 2+ years’ experience in a client-facing, post-sales or project delivery role
- Experience managing digital campaigns or working with beauty/FMCG brands
- A highly organised, process-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience improving internal processes and working cross-functionally
- London-based or able to work on-site a minimum of 2 days per week
