A dynamic and rapidly expanding £400M+ business group seeks a strategic and hands-on Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to drive exponential revenue growth across its diverse portfolio of 18 companies, spanning Care, IT, Office, and Industrial sectors. Reporting directly to the board, you will be the architect of the Go-To-Market strategy, transforming the disparate business units into a unified and collaborative unit.
Your Role as CRO:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue strategy to maximise growth across all four business silos.
- Work closely with four Chief Operating Officers to implement sales processes, efficiency measures, and profitability improvements.
- Drive tangible revenue targets and lead the implementation of your strategic vision.
- Identify and capitalise on new market opportunities, optimise sales and marketing functions, and leverage data-driven insights.
- Foster a high-performance sales culture and drive customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
In Return, You Will Receive:
- £125,000 Basic Salary.
- £180,000 OTE Year One, £200,000+ OTE Year Two (uncapped potential).
