Part Time Bookkeeper

Our client is a well-known and highly respected Chartered Accountancy Firm in the centre of Camberley that has a real passion for start-ups and SMEs. They currently seek a Bookkeeper on a part time basis (approximately 20-30 hours a week) to join their busy team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintenance of Client Bookkeeping Systems (Xero, QuickBooks, Sage).
  • Management of Client reports on weekly, monthly or even quarterly basis.
  • Client Contact.
  • Preparation of control accounts, including PAYE, Net wages, and pensions
  • Preparation of VAT returns.
  • Supporting Accountants.

Skills

  • Proficiency in bookkeeping systems
  • Proficiency in double entry (manual).
  • Organisational skills.
  • Good communication essential.
