This is a hybrid role, with 3 days a week in our Manchester city centre office and 2 days working from home. If you're not within an easy commute to Manchester, this probably isn’t the right fit — and we’d hate to waste your time.

As a Digital Marketing Account Manager, you will be the go-to expert for our clients, helping them achieve their marketing goals while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Managing client relationships – You will be the main point of contact, ensuring customers feel supported and informed.
- Implementing marketing strategies – Primarily SEO-focused, but also incorporating PPC, social media, content marketing, and web improvements.
- Tracking and improving performance – Using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Semrush and industry platforms to analyse data and optimise campaigns.
- Educating and advising clients – Translating technical SEO into clear, actionable insights for businesses.
- Problem-solving & continuous learning – Staying ahead in digital marketing while adapting to client needs.
Requirements:
- Has digital marketing knowledge, ideally with experience in SEO (beyond just social media).
- Has completed higher education courses in Digital Marketing or SEO (preferred).
- Has experience in customer service or account management and is eager to combine both skills into a lifelong career.
