A highly skilled Specialist Consultancy is currently seeking a Bank/fund Monitoring Surveyor to join its team in the City office. The team is experiencing a phase of expansion due to sustained success and a significant increase in workload, which shows no signs of slowing down. The pipeline of projects is stronger than ever before. In this role, the selected candidate will act as the eyes and ears of the funder, ensuring that costs, timelines, and other project aspects align with the Developer’s representations. The Surveyor will manage their own portfolio of deals and engage with Clients and developers. Additionally, they will be involved in mentoring and developing more junior staff members. The consultancy specializes in intricate projects and is seeking highly qualified and ambitious Surveyors to join their practice. While MRICS qualifications are desirable due to the high-profile clients involved, applications from candidates with relevant Fund/Bank Monitoring experience will be warmly welcomed. The ideal candidate will have a background in Quantity Surveying or Building Surveying, with prior experience of working closely with banks and funds, enabling them to hit the ground running. Although a minimum of 12 months experience in a monitoring role is preferred, the consultancy will also consider candidates with a clear intention to transition into Monitoring, provided they possess a good understanding of the field. Experience in Residential projects will be considered advantageous. Remuneration for this position can reach up to £80k base salary DOE, with an additional performance bonus based on individual billings. The package also includes a competitive pension contribution, private healthcare, and other benefits.
