We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Engineering Planner to support our FMCG clients' maintenance and reliability strategies. You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of their engineering team by managing work schedules, optimising planned maintenance, and improving overall equipment effectiveness.

  • CMMS Management – Maintain and optimise the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS), ensuring accurate reporting and data integrity.
  • Performance Analysis – Analyse equipment downtime and work order history to drive continuous improvement and increase asset efficiency.
  • Continuous Improvement – Support site-wide engineering improvement projects using CI/Lean methodologies.

Requirements:

  • Engineering background (apprenticeship/day release training preferred).
  • Experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, Tier 1 automotive, or industrial environments.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency with CMMS systems and high-level computer literacy.
  • Knowledge of condition monitoring and preventative maintenance strategies.
