My client, a Top 50 city practice, is currently recruiting an experienced non-contentious financial services regulations lawyer to join their busy team on a contract for 12 months starting asap. The role has come about due to growth in workload.
You will have experience of working with a wide range of businesses including banks, funds, insurance companies and other financial institutions on both regulatory and commercial matters. This may involve working on implementation projects, structuring, managing, repapering and remediation work as well as compliance. The team do a lot of work in ESG and sustainable finance regulation.
In addition to this, you will also have experience of both new and existing regulatory frameworks and regimes such as MiFID II, AIFMD and DORA.
