A leading consultancy is seeking a D365 CRM Technical Architect to define migration strategy, lead technical planning, and oversee system integrations. The role involves designing and executing migrations, optimizing system performance, and ensuring high-quality technical solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders, guiding teams and ensuring best practices in CRM and Microsoft technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define migration architecture, strategy and roadmap creation.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, including Sales, Field Service, and Customer Service Automation.

  • Proficiency in Azure services, .NET, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), Web APIs, SQL Server, and SSIS.
  • Experience in CRM solution architecture.
  • Strong documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or Azure are a plus.
