About this Opportunity:
As the Head of Security Data Services, you will lead an elite team in crafting security data engineering at Lloyds Banking Group, spearheading the design and execution of our security data strategy.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Leading and motivating the security data team to concentrate on essential tasks that add value to customers and partners. Your leadership will be guided by a comprehensive understanding of the latest trends and innovations in data security.
- Build and maintain a high-performing and skilled team with the knowledge and capacity to deliver secure data services 24x7. Your goal will be to foster a culture of excellence and continuous learning, ensuring our operations remain robust and agile.
- Be accountable for achieving key performance metrics, including cost efficiency, contributions to strategic outcomes, and overall customer happiness. Your insights will drive simplification and improvement of security data.
- Manage risks related to security data through collaboration with senior engineers, the CSO, and business leaders to ensure alignment with strategy and industry standard methodologies.
- Set a collaborative and innovative culture within the security data team, promoting ownership of outcomes and a proactive approach to challenges.

- Product Delivery: Leading improvements in data security processes and delivery using new methodologies, techniques, and tools. Crafting the direction for cross-functional teams to deliver secure data solutions.
- Customer Centricity: A strong focus on promoting secure customer outcomes, ensuring that all team efforts align with these values for maximum impact.
- Product Ownership: Taking ownership of secure data pipelines supported by multiple teams. Delivering secure tech changes and ensuring the success of data security initiatives.
