East Anglia - Peterborough/Ipswich/Norwich. £30,000 - £33,000 + Package.

Are you experienced in the on-trade or hospitality world? Do you have a natural ability to build great relationships? Do you have a passion for sales or looking to move into a sales position? We are excited to partner with a world-leading drinks brand, whose extensive portfolio is home to a number of known and loved products. We are looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to join this successful company, with a key focus on introducing the portfolio to new clients in the on-premise channel.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, alongside the account management of a small account base.
  • Ensure the successful execution of sales strategies in bars, restaurants, hotels, and other on-premise venues.
  • Enhance the visibility and sales performance of the brands while establishing a strong presence in the competitive on-trade environment.

Ideal person:

  • A great attitude is key; we need a high-energy, growth minded sales professional.
  • Understanding of regional on-trade, including key players, trends, and challenges. Prior connections in this space would be highly desirable.
  • Sales experience is preferred, but not essential.
  • Adaptable and flexible to work with the needs of the customers.
