Salary: Competitive basic + commission + annual bonus
Our client is seeking a dynamic individual with experience as a Sales Negotiator or Sales Progressor to join their vibrant team in the City of London. Someone who has a passion to managing property sales from offer acceptance to completion.
What you will be doing:
- Drive the Sales Process: Ensure smooth and efficient sales progressions from start to finish
- Liaise with Solicitors: Build strong relationships to keep transactions moving
- Coordinate Stakeholders: Keep all parties informed and aligned, ensuring successful completions.
- Resolve Issues: Proactively manage and solve problems that may arise during the sales process
- Provide Outstanding Service: Deliver exceptional communication and support to clients at every stage
What we are looking for:
- Experience as a Sales Progressor or Sales Negotiator within the property sector
- Strong understanding of the sales process from offer to completion
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Problem-solving mindset and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Confidence in liaising with solicitors and managing legal requirements
