The specialist Practice Team at AJ Chambers is currently working in partnership with a well-known and growing organisation who are looking to strengthen their Corporate Finance Team with a high calibre Corporate Finance Manager!

Working as part of a growing Transaction Services Team, which is currently around 30 people, your responsibilities will include:

  • FDD Reporting
  • Build and maintain client relationships
  • Working closely with Partners / Directors on complex transactions

This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and supportive growing team that is overachieving their targets and winning new work. Focusing on the lower to mid market you will work with clients across a number of industries including Healthcare, Media, Technology, Logistics, Mining, Utilities, Energy & Capital Markets.

  • A solid background in Transaction Services from an Accountancy Practice
  • Ability to lead work
