About the role
The Portfolio Delivery Manager will lead the management, governance, prioritisation and delivery of No7 Beauty Company brand products and gifts to meet agreed growth plans. You will be accountable for managing brand product portfolios over their full lifecycle (Innovation, New Product Development (NPD), Maintenance). You will report into the Head of Portfolio Delivery and have 4 direct reports and cross functional teams to ensure product delivery and continuous improvement for delivery processes and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Supports the portfolio team to deliver the global product portfolio through coaching the application of portfolio/project management best practice including planning, governance, issue and risk management, change control, stakeholder management, escalation and portfolio reporting, utilising automated tools and reporting systems.
- Ensures all projects are delivered via the appropriate development route according to the business strategy.
- Engages cross functional teams and the supplier base to deliver all plans globally.
- Develops product delivery best practice and frameworks, utilising digital tools (e.g. task management) to support & enable portfolio teams to deliver products that achieve all KPIs within a clear governance framework and a ‘one team’ mindset.
- Ensures product delivery resources are available to support the portfolio and proposes project prioritisation/phasing to maximize efficient resource utilisation.

- Excellent relationship management skills - able to influence senior stakeholders both internally and externally
- Agile, flexible, ‘one team’ mindset, excels working in an ambiguous, fast paced, frequently changing environment
- Coaching skills to develop the capability of direct reports and cross functional teams to ‘self-manage’ projects
It would be great if you also have
- Good knowledge and experience in product delivery and product portfolio management within a retail or FMCG environment
- Strong brand, commercial and end to end supply chain and process understanding
