Front of House, Luxury Offices (West End) Temp-perm!
Are you a professional front of house Receptionist with experience in a corporate or 5* hospitality environment?
Do you operate well in a fast-paced, global environment and do you strive to offer 1st class service?
We’re looking for a polished, professional Receptionist to join a team working for a prestigious Investment Management firm in this year-long assignment – great prospects to go Perm!
2 shifts: 7.30am- 15:30pm and 10:15am – 18:15pm
Perfect for a team player who thrives in a dynamic environment.
What you’ll be doing day to day:
- Welcome and engage with clients and visitors
- Manage meeting room bookings, set up and catering
- Oversee reception inbox and switchboard
- Handle post, couriers, and taxi bookings
- Maintain visitor and security access
- Assist the Office Manager and liaise with IT for troubleshooting
- Any ad-hoc duties
The skills you need to bring:
- Corporate reception experience (min. 3 years)
- Exceptional communication and presentation
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
