Digital and IT Operations Lead

The Council IT services currently run through managed services suppliers for End-User Workspace, Network Management, Hosting and Unified Communications. They are looking for an Operational Lead to manage the relationship between the suppliers as well as a Service Delivery Manager and an Applications Support team.

Key experience:

• IT Operations team management.
• Deep technical ICT knowledge.
• Managing technology stack in a local government environment.
• Managing multiple suppliers of IT service delivery.
• Managing Application Support teams.

The council operates a hybrid working policy with the expectation of onsite working at least 1-day per week.
