Data Lead – Financial Services | Up to £60K + Bonus | Hybrid (50/50)

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and enhance Tableau reporting and data governance
Lead data quality, compliance (including GDPR), and lineage tracking
Support and implement data-driven initiatives across the business
Develop and improve data literacy within the team
Ensure strong processes and controls around data entry and quality

What We\’re Looking For:

Proven experience with Tableau and SQL (Snowflake and Python would be a big plus)
Strong knowledge of Data Management, Quality, and Governance
Ability to lead, collaborate, and drive change
Experience in financial services preferred
