An exciting opportunity to be part of a very ambitious and forward-thinking UK manufacturer of commercial lighting, acoustic and biophilic products selling to the commercial fit-out industry.
- Processing of incoming sales enquiries, understanding technical information, overseeing lighting designs, raising quotations and following quotations through to orders.
- Prepare sales quotations based on customer requirements – including understanding drawings/specifications.
- Close sales and support the sales team in hitting monthly targets.
- Utilise CRM system to log and follow up all quotations.
- Providing world class service in response times to quotes, queries and questions ensuring the customer has the best experience in the market every time through a consistently high standard in both content and speed.
- Forensic timely follow-up of quotes and opportunities to maximise every chance to grow sales whilst building rapport and goodwill with customers.
- Contacting existing, lapsed and new customers by phone or through online meetings on a daily basis to build rapport and grow their spend with a particular focus on our key product offerings.
- Evaluate, track, maintain, develop and grow spend of an existing group of customers and inbound sales leads to produce 20% minimum growth on your sales area.
Extensive experience and knowledge of the commercial lighting industry.
