Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Executive located in Girvan. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for making outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers, generating leads and converting them into sales. The role also involves providing excellent customer service and support, managing customer inquiries, maintaining records of customer interactions, and working closely with the sales team to achieve targets.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Lead Generation and Sales
  • Strong Customer Support skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Previous experience in a telesales or similar role is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business or related field is an advantage
