Legal Officer (Childcare)

Permanent, 37 hours per week.

G08 £33,366 – £36,124

Are you looking for a new challenge within a supportive Local Government environment? We are looking for a Legal Officer to join our childcare legal team. This role primarily involves childcare work and advising on children\’s services. You will support lawyers with childcare cases, providing robust guidance to ensure the Council meets all relevant legal requirements. You must have excellent drafting, communication, and analytical skills, and the ability to work independently.

A proactive and flexible approach to work is vital. In return, we offer an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, friendly environment, with a team that encourages development. You will be supported to develop your practice and work in an agile way.
