Are you a results-driven professional with a passion for building lasting customer relationships and contributing to business growth? As a Commercial Account Manager, you will be the key advocate for our clients' customers within the organisation. Your focus will be on understanding their needs and ensuring those needs are met in a way that supports their broader commercial strategy. In this role, you’ll be pivotal in managing customer interactions, resolving disputes, overseeing contract performance, and driving overall business profitability.
- Customer Relationship Management: Lead site-specific customer meetings, address initial disputes, and ensure the customer’s voice is represented within the business.
- Demand & Order Management: Work closely with the business to ensure alignment between customer demand and operational capabilities, ensuring smooth execution of orders.
- Contract & Commercial Oversight: Manage contractual agreements, including cash flow, compliance, and risks, while identifying and seizing commercial opportunities.
- Change Management: Implement contract updates and manage minor modification claims to ensure smooth transitions.
- Financial & Business Strategy: Support pricing decisions, bid proposals, and the development of commercial plans that contribute to business growth.
