Guests can relax in the bar, or enjoy a meal within the hotel’s restaurant which offers a seasonal menu using locally sourced ingredients or relax on the terrace overlooking the manicured gardens. Main duties and responsibilities: You will be working within our strong team providing important customer interaction for all parts of the hotel – via telephone, email and face-to-face. Greeting people, fully checking-in and checking-out guests, taking hotel payments, assisting the reservations department with bookings, and ensuring the best guest experience from the first point of contact.
