  • Build, review, and refine detailed financial models (DCF, LBO, merger models, comparable analysis).
  • Prepare high‑quality client presentations, management presentations, IMs and other deal materials.
  • Coordinate due diligence processes with clients, lawyers, consultants, and internal teams.

Client & Internal Engagement

  • Work closely with senior bankers to support strategic dialogue and idea generation.
  • Participate in client meetings, contributing analysis and insights where appropriate.
  • Collaborate across product and sector teams within the wider Jefferies platform.

Market & Strategic Analysis

  • Conduct in‑depth industry and company research to support pitch and execution materials.
  • Analyse market conditions, valuation trends, and transaction precedents.
  • Develop and present insights that support client recommendations and transaction strategy.

Team & Leadership Development

  • Provide guidance and mentorship to Analysts, ensuring strong analytical output and professional development.
  • Help drive process efficiency, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement within the team.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Prior full‑time investment banking experience at Associate level, or top‑performing Analyst ready for promotion.
  • Strong technical skills including modelling, valuation, and financial analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in teams and build trusted relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Demonstrated interest in UK corporates, markets, and broader economic trends.
