Our immediate requirement is for an experienced Project Coordinator to join our Egham team. The role involves supporting project managers and teams by monitoring and implementing operational frameworks. It also includes managing smaller projects where dedicated Project Managers are not feasible.
The Project Coordinator will support Project Managers with administrative tasks and client communication, including emails and calls. The role requires coordinating project resources such as personnel, information, rooms, and equipment both independently and in support of Project Managers.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Coordinator to contribute to an established operation with scope to improve service quality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support and maintain client relationships.
- Ensure projects comply with organizational requirements.
- Guide and provide feedback to project teams.
- Act as a communication interface between clients and the business.
- Manage workloads of individuals and teams.
- Maintain and update project plans.
- Track and report project progress.
- Administer project budgets and monitor costs.
- Plan and schedule resources across multiple projects.
- Conduct quality reviews.
- Maintain project documentation libraries.
- Provide weekly updates to the Operations Manager for executive reporting.
