Risk Manager - Lutine Bell Limited

Lutine Bell are currently supporting a Global Financial Services firm to appoint an Operational Risk Manager into their Risk Team.

• Ensure the annual Risk Management Plan is delivered effectively and risk advice is provided to the business.
• Promoting a strong risk culture.
• Working closely with a range of senior stakeholders, including partnering with business areas.
• Delivering and helping to enhance the Enterprise Risk Management framework.
• Providing guidance to the business on the effective mitigation of risks.

The role will operate as a 2 days per week in the office working arrangement.

Background & Knowledge:

• 2nd Line Risk Management experience; leading on key risk management processes such as RCSAs, development of KRIs and reporting.
• Financial Services experience, preferably within Insurance, Broking, Investment or Consultancy.
• Strong Stakeholder Engagement.
