• Play a critical role in sourcing and managing deals within the UK ecosystem
• Engage with high-profile venture capital and private equity relationships to assist with fundraising efforts, while cherry-picking investments from top-performing companies
• Oversee the firm's ongoing investments, ensuring high returns, and contributing to long-term strategic initiatives

Who we are looking for

• A senior-level candidate with a strong background in venture debt/private credit and investment ecosystems within the UK
• Proven experience in sourcing and managing deals, particularly within venture debt or similar financial services
• Local UK market expertise is essential
• Technical skills in investment management and deal execution are critical, though personality fit and relationship-building capabilities are key hiring criteria
