Allen & York are thrilled to be working with a leading European Economics Consultancy, helping clients engage with authorities and courts in a full spectrum of competition proceedings.

Our client is looking for a proactive economist to join the established team. Working closely with fellow economists, the successful candidate will be involved with multiple important, complex and high-profile projects in varied sectors and industries.

Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with fellow economists on complex projects.
2. Engage with clients and authorities in competition proceedings.

Qualifications

1. Postgraduate degree in economics, microeconomics, econometrics, or a related field.
2. Specific interest in industrial organisation and competition policy.
3. In-depth knowledge of standard statistical software, such as Stata.
4. Excellent command of English with strong drafting and communication skills.
5. Programming skills and a minimum B1 level in German and Dutch are advantageous.
6. Other languages are welcomed and appreciated.
