About you: You are a junior project manager, skilled in managing tasks and supporting on larger projects, from kick off stage through to completion. Methodical and detailed in creating project plans and supporting documentation. Proactive approach in ensuring deadlines are met and key stakeholders updated. Confident in reviewing initial requests and providing the best solution to meet client needs.
Day-to-day, you will:
- Manage tasks from initial kick off stage, through to completion.
- Support Senior Project Delivery Managers on larger scale projects.
- Create detailed project plans and process documentation.
- Be the central point of contact between internal teams, providing detailed updates on key tasks and milestones.
- Actively participate in identifying ways to improve processes and the core software, so we have a process of continuous improvement.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
- You will have knowledge in CRM and data.
- A background in effective project delivery.
- Experienced in using PMS systems to manage projects and provide updates.
- An ability to effectively plan and organise workloads in line with deadlines.
- Experience in creating detailed project plans and process documentation.
