Drayton are excited to partner with a well-respected and dynamic UK based branded product retailer who are seeking a Customer & Digital Director. In this exciting role, you will:
- Develop and lead the execution of a customer-first commercial strategy, balancing short-term sales goals with long-term customer loyalty objectives.
- Lead the design, implementation, and continuous optimisation of customer loyalty programs to boost retention, engagement, and advocacy.
- Own the strategy and execution of retail media programs aimed at improving customer engagement and maximising revenue from advertising and promotional activities.
- Work closely with the marketing team to design and execute targeted campaigns that resonate with diverse customer segments, driving both acquisition and retention.
- Take ownership of the commercial P&L for all customer-focused initiatives, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently, and strategies drive profitable growth.
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams across eCommerce and Marketing.
The position will operate with a hybrid working structure and is based in the Midlands.
