Infrastructure Credit VP

Pearse Partners have partnered with a Tier 1 Infrastructure fund who are hiring a VP into the Credit team.

The team invests across the capital structure across all Real Assets assets but this role sits within the sub IG team.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct due diligence, financial modeling, and research on assets, companies, and industries.
• Prepare materials for investment committees and third parties.
• Source and evaluate new investment opportunities.
• Monitor portfolio investments and interact with management teams and investors.
• Support fundraising efforts and contribute to a collaborative team culture.

Qualifications :

• Proven excellence in academics, work, and personal achievements.
• 6-8 years of experience in banking or related fields (credit investing/project finance preferred).
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Exceptional communication, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in fast-paced environments.
• Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills and long-term business growth focus.
