Full-Stack Developer- £400 P/D Outside IR35 -12 Months Contract- Southampton/Hybrid My client is looking for an experienced Full-Stack developer who will drive high-quality software development using cutting-edge technologies in a microservices and Kubernetes architecture. Collaborate in solution design, lead junior developers, and ensure the creation of secure, scalable, and high-performance systems. Key Responsibilities * Develop core systems enabling seamless customer experiences. * Innovate and enhance specifications during and post-development. * Design and implement secure code for confidential data systems. * Set accurate delivery expectations, report progress, and thrive in an Agile SCRUM environment. Core Requirements * Experience: Significant full-stack development expertise in commercial settings. * Technical Proficiency: Strong in OO PHP, MVC frameworks (e.g., Laravel, Zend), REST APIs, MySQL, NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Redis), JavaScript (Vue.js, React), and Message Queues (Rabbit MQ, Kafka). * Security: Expertise in secure web development and knowledge of OWASP Top 10 Vulnerabilities. * Collaboration & Leadership: Agile methodology experience, ability to mentor junior developers, and ensure CI/CD pipeline integration. * Problem-Solving: Exceptional skills in database design, system analysis, and high-volume information processing. This is a fantastic chance to join a global organisation on a exciting project starting in January 2025. The position requires 4 days per week onsite in Southampton, which is mandatory.
