About the Role:
As the Tenancy Management Team Lead, you’ll oversee all aspects of tenancy operations, ensuring a seamless resident journey from move-in to renewal. You’ll lead and develop a team of Tenancy Coordinators, uphold compliance standards, and drive an outstanding resident experience in this landmark development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire tenancy lifecycle, from move-ins to renewals and move-outs
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Tenancy Coordinators
- Ensure compliance with tenancy regulations and lease agreements
- Work closely with leasing, property management, and onsite teams
- Deliver a 5-star resident experience, resolving queries efficiently
