Our client is currently looking for a Trade Store Manager to join their busy team in the vibrant location of Bournemouth!
As a Trade Store Manager, your primary focus will be to provide an outstanding customer experience by ensuring the store is clean, tidy, and well-stocked. You will serve customers efficiently at the Trade Counter, manage customer accounts, and collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to generate and follow up on quotes. A key responsibility will be achieving the store's collected trade target and ensuring assigned customers are meeting their budgetary commitments.
This role requires:
- Proactive sales engagement
- Maintaining operational standards
- Adhering to Health & Safety policies to create a safe and productive environment
Additionally, you will contribute to developing the Trade Store team, promoting store promotions, and identifying opportunities to increase footfall and sales. You will also work closely with the Regional Sales Manager.
Hours of Work: Full time, 06:30 - 16:30
Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 depending on experience
Trade Store Manager Requirements:
- Proven experience in a retail or trade environment with management responsibilities
- Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanour
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written
- A proactive attitude towards sales, with a focus on team collaboration
- Clean driving licence
- Forklift Licence is desirable
