Catalyst is partnering with a leading Private Equity business to hire a HRBP as the business is experiencing significant growth. In this role you will have ownership of a large international business line delivering end-to-end people processes and support rapid growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Cycle Management: Own and manage talent processes such as promotions, pay reviews, and year-end compensation, including carry allocation.
- Stakeholder Management: Work closely with senior leaders, and the TA team to support the growth of the CPS team to 100-150 members.
- Client-Facing Expertise: Provide strong client-facing HR service to the business.
- Proactive Solutions: Anticipate upcoming themes and challenges, providing proactive, solutions-driven HR support.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Strong HRBP experience, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Gravitas: Strong presence and the ability to work effectively with senior business leaders.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills with high expectations of yourself.
- Professionalism: Demonstrated professionalism and the ability to handle a broad range of HR activities.
- Tenacity: A driven, proactive individual who can add immediate value.
- Independence: Ability to work independently and own HR processes end-to-end.
