Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and driven Full-Stack Developer with 2-5 years of experience designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end web applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of business logic, a passion for creating robust solutions, and a knack for identifying and addressing edge cases. This role requires a blend of hands-on coding, leveraging AI tools to accelerate development and testing, and collaborating directly with founders and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- End-to-End Development: Design, build, test, and deploy full stack web applications with a keen understanding of underlying business logic.
- AI-Assisted Development: Leverage AI tools (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate code development, testing, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- No-Code/Low-Code Integration: Experiment with and integrate no-code development platforms like Bolt and Lovable where appropriate to expedite feature delivery.
- API Integration: Develop and integrate RESTful APIs, particularly for interfacing with LLM models (e.g., GPT) and inference engines (e.g., Groq).
- Cloud Deployment: Deploy applications on managed cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Vercel to ensure scalable and efficient operations.
- Collaborative Problem Solving: Work closely with founders and non-technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Proactive Edge Case Handling: Identify potential edge cases early in the development process and implement robust solutions.
- Quality & Best Practices: Maintain code quality through regular code reviews, testing, and adherence to industry best practices.
Requirements
- Technical Proficiency: Proven experience in deploying applications on cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Vercel. Familiarity with RESTful API development and integration, especially with LLM models and inference engines.
- AI & No-Code Tools: Experience using AI prompting tools (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot) for code development and testing. Exposure to no-code/low-code platforms like Bolt or Lovable is a plus.
- Problem-Solving & Initiative: Demonstrated ability to identify and address edge cases proactively. Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of business logic. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Proven experience working collaboratively in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
Preferred Attributes
- Self-Motivated & Go-Getter Mentality: A driven individual who thrives in dynamic settings and can take initiative.
- Adaptability: Ability to work under minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Continuous Learning: Eagerness to stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in full-stack development.
