Lancaster and Morecambe College are seeking an outgoing and self-motivated Employer Engagement Lead to contribute to the College’s development and promotion of the work-based learning in the Early Years, Health, Social Care, Hair and Beauty sectors. This is an exciting opportunity to develop relationships with local businesses, positioning the College as a key partner in local economic development.
Excellent communication skills, presentation delivery and networking are essential to this role. You should be qualified to a minimum Level 3 in an appropriate subject, as well as GCSEs in Maths and English, Grade 4/C or above.
