Job Description Search are seeking 3 Regional Lead Nurses for a fantastic London and South East based Client who are true experts in nurse-led complex care. Role Purpose The Regional Lead Nurse is responsible for ensuring clinical and reputational success of the client within a defined region. Reporting to the Director of Nursing and working in close partnership with the Regional Care Manager, you will lead the Nurse Case Managers within the region and be responsible for the achievement of service delivery and growth, and client, carer and commissioner satisfaction in line with agreed quality objectives. You will have a key role in driving business growth creating and building on good relationships with all key stakeholders. You will oversee and manage new packages in a safe and timely manner. The three areas to looking for a regional lead nurse for each are: North London South London Slough and Sussex Key attributes and experience required Clinical or nursing management experience Must have Trac and Vent Experience Experience working to Band 6 or 7 Level Excellent customer service and communication skills Working knowledge of regulatory requirements Strong line management experience Highly developed problem-solving skills Strong planning and organisational skills Target driven Resilient and calm under pressure Benefits: Work in the community Company pension Paid business travel or use of pool car 25 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays Work flexibly between field and office Friendly culture Other details: Hours: 37.5 per week If you are interested in this role, please do not hesitate to apply! #J-18808-Ljbffr
