Algorithm Developer

We are partnered with one of the biggest names in the renewable energy space who are looking for an Algo Trader to join their growing team as they transition to Algo trading. They are looking for an individual with great communication skills and experience working in a fast-paced trading environment.

Key Requirements

1. Experience working within Energy Markets/commodities
2. 5+ years of strong experience with .NET or Python
3. Experience in developing algorithms for trading based work.
4. M.Sc./PhD in computer science, mathematics, physics, finance or similar relevant degree

The Role

1. Engage with quantitative traders and researchers to create and enhance new execution algorithms.
2. Integrate and evaluate algorithms within the current trading platform.
3. Transitioning legacy analytical applications to containerized environments.
4. Enhance analytical and data processes while ensuring timely deliveries from data suppliers.
