Are you an experienced Avaloq developer looking for a change of pace? We’re working with a small team of 10 Avaloq developers at a UK bank seeking a new team member. You will take requirements, break them down, and deliver solutions. Tasks range from small changes like updating reports and modifying workflows to larger projects such as cross-border payments migration and electronic onboarding. Compared to larger banks, you’ll encounter a wider variety of requests and topics. Your expertise will be recognized, and you will work closely with senior members of the business.
If you hit the ground running, there are opportunities for advancement to line management or salary increases. The team maintains a flat hierarchy, so your core duties will generally remain consistent. You will receive a bonus twice yearly, have the independence to work at your own pace, and enjoy the possibility of full remote working if you have the right experience.
