Medical Affairs Manager

CK Group are recruiting for a Medical Affairs Manager to join an international biopharmaceutical company. This is a home-based position on a contract basis.

Daily rate: £500 per day.

Medical Affairs Manager role:

• Provide operational and analytics support for the team.
• Provide support for Managed Access Programs.
• Provide support for Real World Evidence generation projects.
• Provide support for the design and management of Regional Medical Affairs shared resource sites to support distance learning and effective information transfer within the organization.

Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in Science or Medicine – PhD, PharmD, or MD.
• Strong understanding of Medical Affairs function and training/excellence needs, with at least 3-5 years within Medical Affairs or equivalent role.
• Prior field Medical Affairs experience preferred.
• Prior clinical development/operations experience, while not essential, would be an advantage.
• Adult learning education or training experience, including design, delivery, and evaluation of learning platforms preferred. Previous experience with LMS is a strong asset.
• Project management experience in a clinical or medical affairs setting preferred.
• Exemplary presentation and public speaking skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, analytical, and organizational skills.
