As a Lead Talent Partner, you’ll work closely with founders, leadership teams, and hiring managers to deliver tailored recruitment solutions. You won’t just fill roles—you’ll help shape businesses by identifying top-tier talent that aligns with their unique culture and goals. You will coach and educate our clients, conveying the importance of a joined-up talent and employer branding strategy.
Due to expansion, we are looking to hire a Lead Talent Partner.
What is the job of a Lead Talent Partner?
- Hands-on resourcing of multiple roles with multiple clients at any one time.
- Collaborate with startups and SMEs to define hiring needs, craft strategies, and streamline recruitment processes.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, becoming an integral part of their success stories.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, from job scoping to onboarding, ensuring an exceptional candidate and client experience.
- Advise on employer branding, DEI, and talent acquisition strategies to position clients as employers of choice.
- Mentor and lead future junior talent partners, contributing to the growth of the embedded solutions team.
