An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Loss Adjuster to join a growing team, managing a diverse portfolio of domestic and commercial property claims. This role offers a mix of on-site investigations and remote case management, providing a great balance of autonomy and support.
The Role
- Investigate and manage property damage claims, including fire, flood, escape of water, subsidence, and storm-related losses.
- Conduct site visits across North London and surrounding areas, assessing damage and determining policy coverage.
- Handle claims from first notification through to settlement, negotiation, and resolution.
- Liaise with insurers, brokers, policyholders, and contractors, ensuring efficient and fair claim outcomes.
- Provide technical guidance to clients and contribute to continuous improvement in claims handling.
